Who should apply?
Financial services professionals who want to get more from the AI tools they already have. Each lab lists who it's built for, and every application is reviewed so each lab has the right mix of people.
What do I need to attend?
A computer, a Microsoft Teams connection, and access to your organization's AI tools. Taught in Microsoft Copilot. On Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude? The skills carry over.
Will I use real client data?
No. Please don't share confidential client or customer information. Demonstrations use fictional data, and you'll learn what stays out of AI tools and why.
Are labs recorded?
No. Every lab is live only, so the room stays candid and focused.
When do I pay?
Passes (Level Pass, Founding Member, and Team License) are paid at approval. Single labs are invoiced 60 days before each lab.
What if I can't attend?
All registrations are final and non-refundable. Send a colleague in your place at no charge, or cancel at least 48 hours before the lab for a full credit toward a future Mentis IQ AI Lab, valid for 12 months. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are not eligible for credit. If a lab date ever moves, you'll get at least 30 days' notice and your choice of the new date or a credit.
