Narisa has spent 25 years at the center of banking and finance as a front-line banker, sales trainer, Treasury Management leader, and trusted partner to clients and colleagues. She trained nearly 1,000 bankers and served on the bank's AI leadership team. She knows how banks make decisions, manage risk, earn trust, and serve clients, because she has done all of it herself.

Started on the front line. Co-built the Colorado Banker Academy and graduated 300+ bankers a year. Led sales training statewide, turning new bankers into producers. Brought financial wellness programs to companies and college campuses. Then moved into Treasury Management sales, optimizing working capital and cash flow for corporate and municipal clients and contributing to revenue growth every year.
